What Can You Do With Four Cups of Flour? - Bread 3 Ways



I am so happy to have been chosen to be part of the 6-week video challenge with Cheeky Kitchen and its founder and star Brooke Lark. I have wanted to make videos for years now and this gives me the rocketship propulsion to get it done.


Ingredients:

4 cups AP flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
2-4 tablespoons whey or water
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup warm water 110*

Method:

Add sugar to water and stir, then the yeast and let bloom. Sift flour into a bowl. Add the bloomed yeast and water, yogurt, salt, and oil. Mix till it starts coming together. Add whey as needed. Knead for 10 minutes. Oil your hands and the bowl, let the dough rise till it doubles in size. Deflate, weigh, decide what you want to make. 2 loaves of bread? 10 rolls? 4 pizzas? The choice is yours.
